About Me

As a UX designer with an advanced certification in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), I transform complexity into clarity using tried-and-true practices that lead to intuitive products.

Before tech, I spent almost a decade designing and facilitating learning experiences in the education & non-profit sector. Those years made me an expert in facilitating, reading a room, synthesizing ideas, asking the right questions, and bringing a diverse group into alignment.

This hard-won experience is the uniquely powerful ingredient I bring to every collaboration, and it's the reason a previous manager said I should be a UN ambassador. 😆

In my spare time, I’m an emerging fiction writer and was selected as a cohort member of StoryStudio’s Short Story Collection in a Year program for 2026.

How I can help

  • Design and document the information architecture of complex products and features

  • Facilitate discovery to uncover your problem domain's hidden structure and design the foundation for intuitive solutions

  • Lead strategic, collaborative workshops to identify system structure and requirements early, before expensive decisions get locked into code

  • Conduct UX audits to diagnose unintuitive experiences and language inconsistencies

  • Run OOUX workshops and design sprints using the ORCA framework

  • Provide training and coaching for teams and individuals learning OOUX
